With springs from these guys?

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

The Rally Van’s rear springs are getting weak, so I want to swap them out before I do any more towing/hauling this year, and these guys seem to have the best price of anyone.

I got the leaf springs for the Camaro from Eaton, but I would be surprised if those are sub par in some way. It’s not like they are some no-name eBay thing.

I’m thinking they would be fine, but it’s concerning because they’re over $100/each cheaper than the same springs through Rockauto.

Since that place isn’t local to you, you can call these guys who aren’t local either. But They built a custom spring pack for my buddy a while ago. You can have them do more lift for you also.

I read a lot of good reviews on them when I was shopping for my truck. I ended up getting a pair on eBay for way cheaper since shipping was included.

I would be inclined to consult with a spring shop.

I haven’t really researched it but get the feeling that as long as they get the general make up of the pack close to original spec that things will work out just fine regardless of source. Not much has changed in the steel versions since buggies. Now, what you should do is fab up a way to use plastic Corvette transverse leaf spring ;).

Ya, I consulted with the shop that did my custom coils and dearched my leafs years ago. They wanted $350/each for the springs and wouldn’t talk about outside sources.....

if I knew more particulars about what you’re trying to do, there’s a spring shop up the road from me that would be worthy of consultation if they’re still in business. In fact...

You might call him and see what he says. His name is Ruben. He's the sort of guy who would be helpful even if you weren't immediately going to do business with him.

Just replacing the worn out factory springs with the factory HD units. Not really anything crazy or far fetched.
